I'm a native of North Carolina and I love calling North Carolina home. Since 1971, I've been working as a salesman to my North Carolina neighbors. When you work that long in one area, you make a lot of contacts. And, I'm proud to say, I know lots of folks in my neck of the woods! That makes me a great resource when you're in the market to buy or sell your home.

Perhaps my greatest strength is that I LIKE PEOPLE ! I enjoy talking with my friends, neighbors, and meeting new people and helping them find what they're looking for. I take great enjoyment in seeing their needs fulfilled. Whether I was teaching a class of high school or college students, designing a grain handling system for a farmer, remodeling or building a home for someone, or helping a family during their time of grief while managing our area's best community cemetery, my concern has always been that my "customer" has my full attention and receives my best effort on their behalf.

While my occupation has changed, my outlook has not. In 2003 I started selling real estate at Waterside Realty. It is the most enjoyable thing I've done in many years. Nothing beats seeing people smile when they find that perfect first home, or when they close on the sale of their house that was just too small and begin to look for something larger for their growing family.

I've been on both ends of that spectrum. My wife and I have three sons and we spent many years enlarging our home to accommodate them and all their friends.
